IMPORTANT NOTICE 

June 21, 2024

 

After over a decade of dedicated service to the greater Saline community, the Fifth Corner Teen Center has permanently closed its doors. The Board of Directors made this difficult decision in response to declining participation post pandemic. A comprehensive community survey revealed insufficient support for continuing operations, likely due to changes in family schedules and the increased programming opportunities provided by other community organizations.

 

We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to our staff, volunteers, families, donors and most importantly the youth participants for their unwavering support and dedication throughout the years. Your contributions have made the Fifth Corner Teen Center a cherished part of our community.

David Rhoads, a long term supporter of the Teen Center stated, "The Fifth Corner Teen Center had a positive impact on the many young people who were mentored, educated, entertained and made meaningful connections there.  I am thankful for all the work put in by the wonderful volunteers."
