The purpose of the program is to teach middle and high school youth the skills needed to be an effective employee and gain hands on experience interviewing and working for a local organization. In addition, it gives employer sponsors the opportunity to connect and engage with today’s youth and have an additional source for future hires. We see this program as a big “win-win” for our community.
